Grains of Paradise are seeds of Alligator pepper. They have a hot and peppery flavor so they are used as a pepper substitute. Grains of Paradise are used like black pepper, ground into soups, onto meats and used in spice mixtures like the peppersoup spice.

How to use

• They can be dry fried as well
