Grounded Locust Beans ( Iru) - 100g

Locust beans, also known as Iru or Dawadawa is a local Nigerian condiment used in soups.

Iru can be used in cooking soups like Vegetable Soup, Okro soup, Ewedu soup, Ogbono soup amongst others. This Iru has been dried to reduce the fermented smell and grounded into powder so all you need to do is sprinkle in your food to add some seasoning and aroma to your food.
