Yolélé Fonio

Fonio is super healthy.  This ancient grain is naturally gluten-free and packed with protein, fiber and iron. Fonio also has a low glycemic index, making it a great option for diabetics.

Fonio is a great substitute for your favorite rice, quinoa, or couscous recipes. 1/2 cup of raw Fonio makes 3 cups fluffed up (compared to 1/2 cup of raw quinoa cooks to 1 1/2 cups), quinoa, or couscous.
