Ogbonno

Ogbono or Apon is the seed of the African bush mango. The seed is dried and then milled with some crayfish in order to make Ogbono soup powder.

Whole ogbonno is the seed of African Bush Mango while the grounded Ogbonno is dried seeds of Ogbonno milled with some crayfish in order to make Ogbono soup powder.  

Sizes

The  ogbonono are available in 2 sizes ; whole seeds are 150 per pack and grounded seeds are 100g per pack
