Poundo Potato swallow
Ingredient
- Water
- Poundo Potato
Instruction
- Boil your water in a pot
- Add the Poundo Potato once the water is boiled and stir gently
- For desired dough thickness, add more water or more Poundo Potato flakes to your pot and keep on stirring
- Turn down the heat and stir for 3-4 minutes till right dough consistency is attained
- And serve with your favourite soup
Creamy potato balls
Ingredient
- 1.5 cups of milk
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- black pepper
- ¼ vanilla extract
- Eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Salt
Instructions
- Add milk into a pot
- Add your cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, vanilla extract and salt into the pot
- Simmer for three minutes
- Add your poundo potato flake into the boiling mixture, stir till you get a desired dough-like texture
- Scoop the dough into smaller balls and dip it into a bowl of whisked eggs
- Then deep it into another bowl of bread crumbs
- Fry it in hot oil
